Varför ska just du bli staff? Jag vill bli staff för att hjälpa till att utveckla staffteamet och göra så att staffarbetet går snabbare och smidigare jag vill också kunna hantera spelare som powergamar lallar eller bryter mot regler. jag bryr mig mycket om serverns utveckling och vill kunna ta staffärenden och specca scenarion särskilt inom KrimRP där jag tycker det ofta blir failRP och powergaming. Jag har rpat i ca 1 år och känner mig redo att ta steget till staff då jag har erfarenhet och vet vad som krävs tidigare har jag varit lite lallig och fått några bans, men jag har mognat med tiden. jag brinner för staffarbetet och har haft liknande roller förut. jag känner också flera i staffteamet som jag pratar med dagligen och som lärt mig mycket.

Vad tycker du inte fungerar på Unive? Jag har märkt att vissa inom KrimRP brister i social RP många skjuter bara och rpar inte NLR, utan åker direkt tillbaka till platsen de dog på. jag vet att ni Krim-ansvariga jobbar med detta och det märks att det går framåt. men jag har också några ider som jag gärna kan skicka i PM om det behövs som jag tror kan förbättra KrimRPn. Dessutom händer det rätt ofta att folk Shoot On Sightar.

Hur ska DU, tillsammans med övriga Staff Teamet lösa problemet som du nämnde ovan? jag kan specca mycket sitta mycket support så jag kan få reda på vad som händer ingame.

Hur agerar man professionellt i sin staff roll? Hur viktigt är det för dig att agera professionellt? det är SKIT viktigt att jag agerar professionellt efter som om jag inte gör de blir de så att hela servern blir drabbad tack vare att dom kommer säga att staffsen är oprofessionella och då blir de dåligt för alla!

Hur ska du lägga upp ditt staff arbete med balans till ditt privata liv och din RP? i mitt privat liv har jag lite med skolan, men de mest att jag pluggar 1 timme varje dag om det är prov. Sedan med min rp är det inte störta grejen jag kan rpa typ 1-2 timmar de kvitar. Men med staff arbete kommer det vara typ 5-6 timmar staff arbete på vardagar men på helger blir de nog 10timmar beroende på vad jag gör!

Har du tidigare erfarenheter som staff? nej faktiskt inte men hade viljat ha en chans till det nu

Varför ska just du bli staff? Jag var problem spelare ett tag i unive och ångrat de länge. Nu när jag är tillbaka vill jag ha en fresh start och hade viljat bli staff och hjälpa servern från fuskare, göra rolig rp och mycket mer detta hade varit en bra start, nu när jag kommit tillbaka!

Vad tycker du inte fungerar på Unive? det är mycket brist på social rp där personer bara skjuter och mycket mer. Sedan är det väldigt tråkig rp om jag ska vara ärlig de finns inte mycket man kan göra, och hade viljat göra så mer folk vill kö unive och köra turneringar
